Limepark, an 18th-century grade B2 listed former farmstead, engaged our expertise to implement subtle and harmonious enhancements, elevating their wedding venue. Our responsibilities included securing various statutory approvals such as planning, listed building consent, building control, and a liquor license.

The project involved redesigning and extending the existing car park, establishing pedestrian pathways, integrating lighting, landscaping, creating a sensory garden, and the design and fit out of the bar, toilet, and kitchen areas. The overarching objective was to meticulously preserve the character of the listed estate by implementing thoughtful interventions that not only retained but also enriched the complex's heritage.

With weddings scheduled during the planning and construction phases, a tight loomed. The project was delivered successfully and concluded on schedule and within budget in early 2023. Since its completion, the venue has flourished, establishing itself as one of the most sought-after wedding destinations in the north coast area.
