A beautiful example of a traditional detached villa originally constructed in the 1940s in need of some TLC.  The project involved significant internal modernisation and a small extension, while the outside was treated with new roof slates, new windows and fresh finish to the dash exterior.  The character of the dwelling is enhanced by keeping the new works as simple as possible, and retaining significant features such as the front project gables, the arched front porch and the brickwork details.
